We have a 6 day return policy, which means you have 6 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll need proof of purchase.
Once the hair is removed from its original packaging, identifiers are removed or hair has been installed, it is impossible to identify the hair extensions as our product. Consequently, no refunds will be permitted.
Please be advised that customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees, which vary from country to country.
The refund will be provided to the original method of payment after the product has been received, inspected and confirmed returned packaged.
